Hey there,

Well, now that exams are FINALLY over, I can focus on doing some writing and uploading (for which I’m sure you’re all extremely excited about). If I can, I will attempt to upload the continuation to my Eternal Sonata fanfic later tonight or tomorrow.

In any case, here’s the third chapter of The Twin Swords, where Virteus meets with a lightbringer named Solrei, and another enemy is introduced as well. Not much happens, really, it’s just talking, but read it anyway and let us know what you think! We value any and all criticisms you may have about our writings.

Another important update: Categories

Hey again, this is James, with another update which will hopefully simplify browsing our works for you.

You may have noticed that there is a column next to the posts, with several subheadings within it. One of these is called ‘Categories’, and this catalogues the different types of posts we will upload here. For instance, the category ‘Updates’ will have all the posts regarding updates to the blog and whatnot, whilst the ‘Excerpts’ category has all the works we have placed upon the main page, sub categorised for your convenience. If there is something in particular you are looking for here, such as excerpts of The Twin Swords, then click upon the category ‘The Twin Swords’, and all the posts with excerpts from The Twin Swords will be displayed, and nothing else. The same applies with all the other categories. This update is also going on the Information page, so be sure to check it out.

Please let us know if this system helps any with browsing and whatnot. Thanks.

Hello everyone,

I know it’s been a very long time since I last posted, due to exams and revision, I have fallen into some rather bad habits.

That aside, we have written up a bit about ourselves and our aims up on a page entitled About us and our work: an overveiw. If this is your first time visiting, go here first for info on who we are, what we do and why we do it. If you’ve visited before, look at it anyway. If any confusion arose about anything we were posting before, it should make some semblence of sense now. Hopefully.

Expect more written material in the next few days (and I mean it this time. Honest.)

The Twin Swords chapter two

It has been ten days since I last posted anything regarding our joint book, The Twin Swords. This was in part due to work upon the book and various other projects here and there, and in part due to recising for exams, and due in part to laziness. So I’ve decided, for all you people who read the first chapter of The Twin Swords and liked it, to post up the second chapter, as a continuation. This will probably continue until I reach a point where posting any more would spoil the plot, and I wouldn’t want to do that, cause then why would you buy it when it came out? Mercenary, I know, but money has to come from somewhere…

Just some notes; Vaughan saves the stuff he uploads on a pdf. Seeing as I can make neither head nor tail of Adobe reader, I’ve just slapped it on as a word document. Also, when you click on the link, it’ll ask you to open or save. Choose open and view it that way, cause to save it to your computer is a bit of a hassle, seeing as you’ll only read it the one time…

As usual, feedback is appreciated on how well it’s written and whatnot (never mind the fact that we never get any, but what can you do). See ya in another post!

Eternal Sonata – Chapter One

Hello again,

I must apologise for misleading you in my earlier post, where I said I was going to update daily. This was a lie. What with work on The Twin Swords, and revision for exams later this month, I was unable to uphold my new year’s resolution, and so from now on, updates will occur once every two or three days.

With that behind us, may I present to you my first work of fan-fiction, titled Eternal Sonata. Based off a video game of the same name, it follows the story of a famous composer on his deathbed, drifting from one world to the next. In this new world created in his dreams, he meets a young girl cursed with a terrible fate, and a young boy who fights to save her from it. During their adventures, the course of this dream world is changed forever, but whether for the better or for the worse, none can know.

Similar to Vaughan’s Bleach fanfic, I shall upload several parts to this story as they are written. I have attempted to remain as faithful to the in-game story as possible, but for the sake of readability, there have been sections added and removed, although this happens scarcely.
